Q: Why do your lawn care treatments work?

A: Our treatments work because Greenfeet Lawn Care use the best products available applied by qualified professionals.

Q: Am I tied into a contract?

A: No you will be pleased with the service we offer and the results will speak for themselves. You will continue to use Greenfeet Lawn Care because you want to, not have to.

Q: How soon should I see a difference in my lawn?

A: A difference can be seen within 7 days but can vary depending on weather conditions.

Q. Do I need to be at home when Greenfeet Lawn Care professionals call?

A. No, as long as we can get access to the areas that needs to be treated.

Q. Do I need to cut the lawn before you call?

A. No it is advisable not to cut the lawn 2 days either side of the treatment. This allows the lawn time to absorb the products successfully.

Q. But how do I pay for my lawn care treatment?

A. We have pre-addressed envelopes with our invoices with 7 days to pay if you are not home at the time of the treatment.

Q. What do I need to do with the lawn after treatment?

A. Cut the lawn weekly, but not too short, we recommend a high setting on the lawnmower. Also keep the lawn well watered especially in the summer months.

Q. How do you manage to treat a lawn for less than it would cost me?

A. We buy all our professional range of products which are exclusive to Greenfeet, in bulk. This reduces the cost to us and we pass this reduction onto our customers. These products are not available to the public and even if they were you would not be able to buy them at the prices Greenfeet can provide them at.

Q. I'm a pet lover and have children, are your products safe?

A. We recommend on some treatments IE selective herbicide or moss killing product to keep your children and pets off the treated area for 24 hours as a precaution. We don’t take chances with our loved ones we wouldn’t expect you to either.

Q. What happens if it is raining on the day of my treatment?

A. This is not an issue. Actually it will help the fertilizer to act quicker and also the herbicides have waterproof properties.

Q. How will I know when you are calling?

A. Your Greenfeet representative will contact you 5 - 10 days in advance of your next treatment .

Q. I have a newly sown lawn, is your product safe to use at this stage?

A. Yes it is safe to use all Greenfeet Fertilizer range but for weed control our selective herbicide wouldn't be recommended till the second year of establishment but we can spot treat such lawns.

Q. I have an established lawn approx. 15 years old with a lot of weed and moss contamination. How soon will I see results?

A. Again this is weather permitting but results should be seen after 7-14 days but bear in mind that bad contamination might only show 70/80% results in year 1 and up to 100% in year 2.
