Greenfeet can offer a wide range of service to Sport surfaces such as
- GAA Pitches
- Rugby Pitches
- Soccer Pitches
- Athletic clubs
Service can include:
- Sanding pitches – loading, spreading and matting in sand
- Verti drain pitches prior to sanding – to shatter and aerate the surface to allow moisture and air to the roots
- Apply Sport special seed rejuvenating rye grasses to have them stitched into the surface in the badly worn areas of pitches
- To stitch in the seed, they would be using a Mumby star seeder, this is the only one of its kind in Ireland, and does 1100 slits a square metre.
- Feed pitches 4 times a year each season Spring / Summer / Autumn and Winter
- Spray any weeds present Repair goal mouths with new sod or seed area
